I was deeply honored to serve as the keynote speaker for the South Plains Homeless Consortium Conference, and sharing the timely message “The Need is the Call” was a profound privilege. Standing in that room—surrounded by leaders, advocates, and servants who give so much of themselves—reminded me why this work matters and why the call to respond with compassion is more urgent than ever. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful gathering, and receiving the award was both humbling and deeply appreciated. My heart is full of thankfulness for the recognition, the warm reception, and the shared commitment to lifting those who need it most.
