About
Doug Dayton is a visionary communicator, ministry leader, and strategic catalyst whose life and work reflect a deep commitment to transformation—spiritual, personal, and organizational. With over two decades of experience spanning pastoral leadership, healthcare recruiting, nonprofit outreach, and global ministry campaigns, Doug brings a rare blend of compassion, creativity, and executive insight to every endeavor.
From a childhood marked by adversity—including addiction, homelessness, and neglect—Doug’s journey has been one of radical redemption. Rising to become the CEO of a nationwide healthcare staffing firm, he now channels that same grit and grace into empowering others, whether through church growth consulting, faith-based messaging, or life coaching.
Doug has served as a pastor in churches ranging from intimate congregations to megachurches of over 12,000 members. He’s pioneered, audited, and revitalized nearly every area of ministry—from discipleship and outreach to media and operations—giving him a unique lens for strategic church development and leadership training.
A trusted voice in both academic and spiritual circles, Doug holds degrees from Christ For the Nations Institute, Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and Liberty Theological Seminary, including a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries with a focus on Discipleship and Church Ministries. As an adjunct professor, he equips students to deepen their understanding of Scripture and live out their calling with boldness and clarity.
Doug is also a creative partner for global movements like A Million Women and Lou Engle Ministries, where he crafts compelling campaigns, statements of faith, and promotional assets that mobilize audiences across cultures. Whether he’s formatting transcripts, designing outreach materials, or leading strategic initiatives, Doug’s heart remains the same: to serve with excellence, inspire with authenticity, and build bridges that bring hope.
