About

Doug Dayton has dedicated his life to serving others with passion and purpose. As a Pastor, advocate for those in need, crusader for victims of human trafficking, radio personality, and Life Coach, Doug wears many hats and wears them well!

For over 20 years, Doug has made a significant impact by working with non-profits, healthcare agencies, and churches, reaching out to communities and changing lives.

Drawing from a rich tapestry of life experiences, Doug uses humor and emotion to convey powerful truths. From overcoming a childhood marked by addiction, homelessness, and neglect, to rising to become the CEO of a nationwide Healthcare Staffing Firm, Doug’s journey is nothing short of inspirational.

Doug has served as a Pastor in churches ranging from under 100 members to over 12,000. He has pioneered, audited, and reconstructed nearly every area of ministry in both small local churches and nationwide megachurches. This diverse experience gives him a unique perspective on church growth consulting.

A proud graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, Doug earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Practical Theology and completed a one-year cognate in Advanced Pastoral Ministries. He then attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Church Ministries. Doug also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries, with a cognate in Discipleship and Church Ministries from Liberty Theological Seminary.

As an Adjunct Lecturer and Professor, Doug loves helping his students deepen their knowledge of the Word and grow in their faith.
