Doug Dayton has spent the greater part of his life serving others. Doug is a Pastor, an advocate for those in need, a crusader for victims of human trafficking, a radio personality, and a Life Coach.

For over 20 years Doug has worked with non-profits, health care agencies, and churches reaching communities by impacting people.

Doug draws from a wide variety of life experiences, utilizing humor and emotion to communicate powerful truths. From a childhood of addiction, homelessness, and neglect, to becoming CEO of a nationwide Healthcare Staffing Firm.

Doug has lived a life defying the odds.

Doug has served as a Pastor at a church of under 100, to a church of more than 12,000. He has pioneered, audited, and reconstructed just about every area of ministry in a small local church and a nationwide  megachurch setting. This experience provides a unique perspective when it comes to church growth consulting.


Doug is a graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Practical Theology, he participated in a one year cognate in Advanced Pastoral Ministries. Doug then attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Church Ministries. Doug also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries, with a cognate in Discipleship and Church Ministries from Liberty Theological Seminary.

Doug has been an Adjunct Lecturer and Professor who loves helping his students grow in their knowledge of the Word.
